As far as being a good Realtor, that is where the super powers are activated. She knew all there was to know about buying a home and took extra care in my situation because the house I purchased was an old farmhouse that is 100yrs old. She made sure that every drop of water seen in the basement was taken care of, every pipe was checked for tree roots, the water spouts from the gutters had to be moved so that the walls of the basement never showed moisture on the interior, some areas of the basement ceiling were drooping, so I have posts that secured those. If there were phone calls to make or anything that I had to do as a buyer, I got texts with the business name, what to ask for, and the phone number. Or, she would handle anything I wasn't comfortable handling. I am still so impressed and thankful that I had an agent who knew her stuff!!
